Lines in Motion - East meets West

This exhibition consists of works by artists from Hong Kong, Chengdu, and Amsterdam. Works of traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting are displayed side by side with works inspired by Western modern abstract art. Some of them are experimental and inter-cultural works which have inherited the visual languages from both sides. Yuk Kan will be showing her porcelain objects which are inspired by the Chinese calligraphy.

Opening: 9 February, 14:00 at CBK Amsterdam
Exhibition: 9 February to 3 March 2018
